I have always felt that company culture is the foundation for all things. It drives recruiting, retention, and ultimately profit. I honestly think I’m not alone in this. If asked, most business leaders would agree that culture takes the head seat at the table when it comes to the future success of the business.

Yet, I was SHOCKED to find out how many companies have an implementable strategy in place to build and support an intentional culture that will drive the personality of the organization.

Only about 25% have a plan in place, which leaves the rest to lip service.

Having a goal and doing what it takes to attain it are two separate tasks.

If having a gold standard culture that rivals your peers is critical to your business, yet you lack the implementable strategy to move it there…you have a better chance of survival in fighting a bear!
